What set Russ apart from the others who came to quote the work was that he offered design ideas, professionalism, practicality and real insight to what would maximise the look & feel of the room than anyone else.  And he absolutely delivered! Initially I only wanted an ensuite bathroom in my Master but as work went on in full swing, transfixed by their speed,  quality and dedication of work, I also decided to entirely refurbish the Master.  What was amazing about the experience - I was consulted and involved at every stage of the selection without actually doing any of the legwork (priceless for single working women who is time poor).  I also changed my mind several times!  The sink, the tiles, the mirror of my choosing were returned and re-ordered without a mention. Russ, Valentin, Daniel cared as about the details of the room as I did.   I ended up with most beautiful Master with a modern ensuite that looked as though it was always there (so glad I took Russ’s advice of having cornice all along the new addition that married the two rooms seamlessly)    No sooner the original work completed, I then braved the idea of refurbishing an awkwardly shaped bedroom in the basement that required structural work.  Russ was instrumental in organising, researching, and short listing potential specialist to commence the structural work and overseeing that project in my absence.  Russ and his team then completely refurbished the room plastering all walls, ceiling, installing new cupboard, coving LED lighting and it is no exaggeration, the room is so fantastic that it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagine. I now tend to spend all my spare time in the basement room J   Russ & Co took such pride in their work, they were trustworthy, professional, dedicated, meticulous in every aspect and did above and beyond their duty call – I cannot recommend them enough.
